"What exactly do I get for $59/month and how is this different from 1:1 coaching?"

You get:

  • One live group coaching call per month with me (about 60 minutes, usually around the 20th)
  • 24/7 access to our private community on Circle.so where you can connect with other women on the same journey
  • Weekly training uploads from my signature coaching program, plus access to the complete training archive
  • Monthly themed challenges that keep you motivated and prevent plateaus (like Fresh Start Energy in November, Holiday Harmony in December)

The difference from 1:1 coaching: You get expert guidance and support in a group setting instead of private sessions. There's no custom meal planning or personalized protocols - but you get the community accountability and structured approach that makes healthy habits actually stick.

Important: The $59/month rate is ONLY for the first 100 members and locked in forever. After 100 members, the price jumps to $99/month permanently.

"When can I enroll and how does billing work?"

Enrollment opens on the 1st of each month and closes on the 15th - no exceptions. You can only join during this 15-day window.

Once you enroll, you get immediate access to everything: that month's theme, the foundation roadmap, training vault, and private community.

You'll be billed monthly on your enrollment anniversary date. Join December 5th? You'll be charged January 5th, February 5th, March 5th, and so on.

The first 100 members of The Collective lock in $59/month forever. After that, price increases to $99/month permanently.

"What if I join halfway through the month? Will I miss content?"

Not at all! Even if you join on the 10th of the month, you get immediate access to:

  • That month's complete theme and challenge
  • Access to all training vault content
  • The private community
  • That month's live call (usually on or around the 20th)

The 30-day Foundation Roadmap you get upon enrollment helps you get oriented no matter when you join. Everyone in the same month experiences the same theme together - whether you joined on the 1st or the 15th, you're all doing Holiday Harmony together (or whatever that month's focus is) as a group. You'll be synced with the community from day one.

Is this for women only?

Yes, this program is designed specifically for women. Since we focus heavily on hormone optimization and women's unique metabolic needs, the content and community are tailored to the female experience and physiology.

What level of support do I get?

You get expert-led group support plus peer community support and accountability.

How long until I see results?

Most women notice increased energy and reduced bloating within the first 2 weeks. Significant changes in body composition, mood stability, energy, and digestion typically happen around the 30-90 day mark. We ask that members commit to at least 90 days as it takes time to rewire neural pathways and create lasting change.

"How much time per week do I need to commit and what happens if I miss the live calls?"

The program fits into your life - you don't have to rearrange your life for the program.

Minimum commitment:

  • 60-minute live call once per month (optional - recordings available within 24 hours if you miss it)
  • At least one hour per week for community check-ins and implementing the monthly theme

Optional engagement:

  • Daily community participation (some members love this, others check in weekly)
  • Additional time reviewing training vault content at your own pace

If you're not willing to sit down with the trainings, engage in the community, and put in the work - this program is not for you.

Will I have to be on Facebook?

Definitely not. The Collective is housed in a private Circle platform - no Facebook required.

"Can I cancel anytime?"

Yes, you can cancel anytime with no minimum commitment. Your membership runs month-to-month, so if you need to pause or stop for any reason, you can do so before your next billing cycle. You'll retain access to any resources you've downloaded, but you'll lose access to the community and future live calls once your membership ends.

No contracts. No cancellation fees. No pressure to stay if it's not working for you.

All sales are final for the month/s you are in the Collective.

"Is there a refund policy?"

Due to the immediate access to all content and community upon enrollment, we don't offer refunds. However, you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. We recommend reviewing the program details and ensuring it aligns with your goals before joining
