When does the program officially start?

What's the difference between The Collective and Real Food Reset?

The Collective ($59/month) is an ongoing, year-round monthly membership with weekly trainings, live calls, and community support where you work at your own pace. Real Food Reset ($147 one-time) is a 28-day intensive group coaching program with daily coaching from me, structured protocols, and access to every future reset (without charge). Most women start with The Collective for ongoing support, but choose the Reset when they need intense structure and daily accountability for a breakthrough.

What's the difference between this and the $29 guide below?
The $29 guide is a DIY PDF you navigate alone. The $197 coaching program includes 28 days of daily coaching from me, a private community who gets it, high-level trainings, and ongoing access to every future reset. One is self-guided, the other is fully supported with a coach and community.
